The owner of this Grade II listed house, situated within a conservation area, wished to incorporate the existing outbuildings into its ground floor accommodation. To achieve this, the outbuildings were refurbished and a new link was constructed, connecting them to the house.

Feature materials, including a bare brick wall and the green oak frame, are set within smooth plastered finishes. This achieves a bright internal space whilst retaining the character associated with such a historic building.
